On Hold

If I'm such a valued customer who you can't wait to help, why don't you answer the freaking phone? So much of my work day is spent on hold. Grrr.

Bad Name of the Day: Nevaeh. Oh, gee, it's heaven backwards! Isn't that so clever? Since it's backwards, doesn't that mean the opposite of paradise?
