Bad Name of the Day: Gary Garcia. If you want to pay tribute to the late Dead lead singer, just call the kid Jerry Garcia. If not, name him something totally different so people don't constantly ask him if he knows his name is very close to Jerry Garcia.

Gary Garcia was one of the two guys responsible for the song "Pac-Man Fever", that you couldn't get away from in 1981...
As to worst names: I came across someone whose first name was Bum Suk. This is a perfectly reasonable Korean name, I just hope for his sake that he didn't grow up in the US.
So I found your blog through the pharmacy student emails. I have started copying your blog style, if you don't mind, from the student's perspective. This is my worst name of the week: Eabha. I wonder if they just typed some letters on the keyboard and those showed up!
